Refueling

How to log fuel refills or electric charges and monitor consumption.

Adding a refueling

To log a refueling or charging:

  1. From the Dashboard, tap the refueling card
  2. Tap the "+" button in the top right
  3. Fill in the form with the data you prefer
  4. Save

Refueling types

Magica supports all refueling types based on the vehicle:

  • Gasoline / Diesel / LPG / CNG and others — For combustion vehicles
  • Electric (kWh) — For electric vehicles
  • Full support for hybrid vehicles
  • Full fill — Indicates you filled the tank: necessary for accurate consumption calculations
  • Partial fill — When you don't fill the tank completely

Consumption calculation

Magica automatically calculates average consumption between fill-ups. For accurate data:

  • Always record the correct odometer reading
  • Indicate when you do a full fill
  • Record all refueling, including partial ones
  • Record the odometer value correctly
💡Consumption is displayed in the unit you chose in settings (L/100km, km/L, MPG, etc.)
