How to start using Magica: initial setup, first vehicle and settings.

Welcome to Magica

Magica is your app for tracking trips, fuel or energy consumption, costs and maintenance of your vehicles. Whether you have a gasoline, diesel or electric car, Magica helps you keep everything under control.

First launch

On first launch, Magica will guide you through the initial setup:

  1. Add your vehicle
  2. Set the current odometer reading
  3. Grant the necessary permissions (location, motion and notifications)

Required permissions

To work properly, Magica needs some permissions:

  • Location (Always) — For automatic trip tracking, even in background
  • Motion — To detect when you are in a car
  • Notifications — To alert you about maintenance reminders and updates

App structure

Magica is organized into main tabs in the bottom bar:

  • Dashboard — Main panel with current vehicle info, trips, refueling, services and maps
  • Statistics — Charts and analysis of consumption, costs, distances and emissions
  • Reports — Trip and refueling summaries, data export
  • Account — Profile management, backup, vehicles, badges and settings
  • In the center you'll find the voice commands button
